The time change can be difficult, so please try and sleep on the plane. If you have a connecting flight, make sure that there is at least 2 hours in between connections times to ensure you have enough time to get through customs and change terminals.

travel tips
We are still working on booking the villas that we will all be staying at. It will all depend on how many attendees and guests we have signed up for this Italian adventure. As soon as we have the information, we will share that with you via email. Please rest assured that the accommodations will be beautiful and will comfortably fit everyone.
flight recommendations
We recommend using an online travel agent to book your flight into the Rome airport (FCO) on June 27th arriving by 10am. We will be picking everyone up at Terminal 3 arrival gate. If you will be flying in earlier than the 27th of June, please let us know. Italy is 7 hours ahead (CST). If you leave on the 26th, you will arrive the morning of the 27th.
The workshop will officially end on July 2nd. We will have everyone back to the Rome airport Terminal 3 by 6pm. Please make sure to book your returning flight no earlier than 9pm. We do recommend, if your time and budget allows, to stay longer and explore Italy before you leave. We can help suggest some locations before the trip. The Amalfi Coast is just a train ride away from Rome and is absolutely stunning!
